PremisePad is in early access — every plan is free, with no property limit applied, while we onboard our first landlords. Pricing and limits apply when billing launches. If you signed up during early access we keep you on the terms you signed up under, including the rate.

Powered by Stripe, included on every plan. Rent goes straight from the tenant to the landlord's bank account — PremisePad never holds it.

$7.50 on a $1,500.00 rent, deducted before payout. Nothing on rent you collect outside PremisePad. No monthly minimum.

Flat fee, any rent amount. Cheaper than a stamp. Clears in 3–5 business days.

The tenant fee is shown, with the total, before they confirm and appears as its own line on their receipt; the landlord rate shows on your payout. Neither applies to rent collected outside PremisePad. Rates are set platform-wide and any change is published here before it takes effect. Compare: most rent-collection tools charge landlords $9–30 per month whether or not rent comes in.

Can I really use it for free?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever for up to 3 properties and 5 tenants — including online rent collection. No credit card required.
Can tenants pay rent online?
Yes, on every plan. Tenants pay through their portal with Stripe — bank transfer for a flat $4.95 or card for 3.5%, always shown before they confirm. Landlords pay 0.5% of rent collected online and nothing on rent collected any other way.
What if I have more than 10 properties?
Email us and we'll work it out. Past 10 properties the sensible price depends on how many doors you have and how you collect rent, and we'd rather ask than publish a number that's wrong for you. We answer within one business day.
What happens if I hit the 10-property limit?
We'll ask you to get in touch before you add the next one. Nothing switches off — your tenants can still pay, your leases still work, and we will never disable an account that's collecting rent because of a plan limit.
What happens when I upgrade?
All your data carries over. You instantly get access to the new features. No migration needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You can export your data at any time.
Will there be an annual discount?
That's the plan once billing launches — and early-access users keep their locked-in rate either way.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, payments are handled by Stripe, and we never sell your data.
